This programme offers two one-hour consultancy sessions at a convenient time for you. You have the first consultancy session, followed by four group training sessions then your final consultancy session.
The training sessions are run by top business facilitator Holly Arden from Arden Matheson Ltd.
In your first consultancy session you discuss your company, concerns and ideas in more detail and are provided with a template action plan to complete.
There are four group training sessions providing training in how to reach your new market. Three of the sessions are mandatory plus one optional session dedicated to international markets. Each training session is an online half-day workshop. There is an information document to summarise each group session.
**The next Cohorts of training begin on the following dates - register two weeks prior to the course start date.**
The training dates will be held on:
Cohort 6: 20 May, 22 June, 20 July and optional module 4 on the 27 July
Cohort 7: 5 July, 27 July, 23 August

By the end of the final consultancy session, the aim is that you will have completed the action plan identifying the next steps to explore the new market further and embark on your new strategy.
There is no charge for the support on offer, all we require is for you to complete a short form so that we can assess your eligibility and tailor the content to your business needs.
