With more than 14 years’ experience in various education settings, Josie brings a passion for and wealth of knowledge in Learning and Development to her training and consulting work. She is an experienced facilitator and mentor who thrives on supporting people to develop their skills and expertise to be the best they can be in their roles, and has a particular interest in management development and supporting the growth of positive team culture.


Josie has designed and delivered creative and impactful learning solutions across diverse industry sectors, from SMEs to global corporations. She works with enthusiasm, positivity and drive to support businesses to achieve their management and culture goals and aspirations.
