Holly Arden

Holly is a Learning and Development Consultant specialising in leadership, business growth and business development. With over 13 years in learning and development and 8 years running an L&D consultancy, Holly’s experience includes developing individual, group and company learning solutions from modular training to longer-term programmes. Holly has created bespoke business growth development programmes resulting in significant growth in net profitable income to business divisions. 

From working across different industry sectors and across SMEs and global businesses, Holly works with drive, energy and enthusiasm to create tailored learning solutions. Holly aims to create and deliver learning solutions that engage, excite and evolve individuals and teams to reach their potential and be the best that they can be.
