Innovation in Leadership for SME Owners

A five day leadership development programme for CEOs, MDs, Directors and Decision Makers of SMEs

In September 2016 the University of York hosted a delegation of twelve Malaysian SME owners and decision makers, and a representative of the Malaysian Export Academy, who completed a five day leadership course. The course was focussed on developing and strengthening their leadership capabilities through a mixture of theory, practical workshops and talks from local industry leaders.

There were also several opportunities for the delegates to meet and network with a number of other UK business leaders to form trade links and discuss best practice.
