Research topic: I am currently working on consumer behaviour from an interdisciplinary approach. My study tries to link the physical self to consumer research. My research aims to explore the connection between body image and eating behaviour while considering the role of a consumer's mood and self-esteem.

Sahand studied his Bachelors in Governmental Management at Azad University of Tehran, Iran. Then he gained his Masters in International Marketing Management at the University of Leeds in 2016/17. Before he came to the UK, he experienced running small businesses and doing online marketing. In 2018, he started studying for his PhD at the University of York.
