Research topic: To investigate overcoming the constraints to effective supply chain management practices in the healthcare sector of developing countries

Research interests:  The healthcare represents an important sector within services industry, and it is also important for country’s economy through its direct (financial) and indirect (Non-financial) contribution to GDP. The healthcare sector has viewed itself as being operationally different from other business, and healthcare organisation are continually seeking opportunities to reduce operating cost and improve operation efficiencies. The primary purpose of this research is to understand the supply chain practices within healthcare sector in Pakistan, conceptualization and link to the healthcare performance and its contribution directly and indirectly in the local economic.
