Diansha Wang is Career Development Fellow at the School for Business and Society. Before joining York in September 2022, she received doctoral degree on Management Learning and Leadership from Lancaster University in 2021.
My research background is based on critical approaches to leadership/followership. I am working on projects studying follower survival strategies, presence & identity, follower-leader distance, follower silence, and women followership. I examine these in virtual/ digitalized workplaces, temporary/non-standard work relations and non-western contexts.
