Anthonia is the Operations Director of the FixOurFood programme, one of four research consortia funded by the £47.5m ‘Transforming UK Food System, Strategic Priorities Fund Programme’ delivered by UKRI.
Anthonia has worked for over 20 years in research project management, managing multiple projects and programmes totalling over £30m. She began her career managing a research network, building the capacity of primary care researchers across the UK Yorkshire region. During that time she managed several large EU funded projects and was the lead non-academic for two successful international research consortia, both funded by the Department for International Development. In 2018 Anthonia moved to York as Operations Director of the N8 AgriFood programme where she now leads the operations for the N8 AgriFood Food Systems Policy Hub alongside her FixOurFood role.
