Assessments and Student Records Administrator

Ann is based at King's Manor and handles the department's Examination and Assessment processes, as well as dealing with Undergraduate student records.

Main responsibilities

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Assessment and Examination administration, including:

  • coordinating arrangements for the submission and marking of all assessed work
  • coordinating release of marks and assessment feedback
  • processing student progression and award paperwork
  • liaising with External Examiners
  • individual exam arrangements for students
  • processing Exceptional Circumstances Affecting Assessment claims
  • providing advice to staff and students on assessment

Undergraduate student records administration, including:

  • student attendance monitoring
  • programme transfers
  • changes to modules
  • extensions to registrations
  • withdrawals
  • leave of absence
  • providing advice to staff and students on student records

Office hours: 9am to 3pm Mondays to Fridays
