Alizon provides a full administrative service to the staff in BioArCh, our laboratory facility on Heslington West campus.

Main responsibilities 

  • Financial administration of BioArCh finances including monitoring and management of budgets, commercial activity, procurement and all associated record-keeping and reporting
  • Induction of staff and doctoral students
  • Research grant post-award support including the production and interpretation of budgetary information
  • Planning and managing the use of space
  • Point of contact for visitors
  • Liaison with technical staff in the management of equipment and resources
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant web pages
