Suzi Richer (BA Archaeology 2003; PhD 2009) has just published an important new guide to writing dissertations. While aimed at a general readership, it is especially relevant for archaeology students and York students overall, as Suzi did her training here in the department. The book also draws on comments and experiences from a number of York staff and alumni, including Dr Steve Ashby, Dr Hayley Saul, Dr Kevin Walsh, and Dr Emma Waterton.
