York Archaeology's own Sara Perry has been shortlisted in the "Most Innovative Teacher" category in the Times Higher Education Awards 2016. Sara has been recognized for her outstanding work incorporating digital media, social media, and public communication into her archaeology teaching. She has made notable contributions and innovations to the York curriculum over the past few years, most notably in the first-year Heritage Practice module, the first-year Fieldschool Exhibition, and her teaching on the MA in Digital Heritage. Congratulations to Sara! The award results will be announced on 24 November 2016.
