Martin Carver wins award for Heritage Presentation

Prof. Martin Carver was the first prize winner in the Awards for the Presentation of Heritage Research. at the BA festival of Science. The award, sponsored by the Royal Archaeological Institute, English Heritage, Cadw and Historic Scotland, is to encourage presentation of heritage research to a wider audience.

By strange coincidence, the talk given by Rebecca Griffin on the same day, at the British Association for Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology in Bristol was also awarded the prize for excellence.
