Refund

Registered participants who are unable to attend the symposium will be refunded, minus any administrative fees charged by the bank, provided that the Organizing committee has received a written notice (e-mail) of cancellation no later than August 22. After this date, no refunding of fees will be possible. All refunds will be processed after the symposium.
