Research Leaders are expected to lead and manage a team, secure research grants, liaise with stakeholders, publish, respond to issues and agendas, and maintain and develop their own research expertise.
Increasingly, Research Councils are requesting evidence in the application process of how leaders and next generation leaders are being developed. With the changes to research funding, it is vital that we provide suitable opportunity to address and evidence this area.
