The annual benefit selection window is open from 1 - 30 September 2022
Rewards Extra is the package of benefits available to all employees, offering:
- savings on: childcare, public transport, the cycle to work scheme, health assessments, critical illness cover, dental care plans, health cover
- salary linked savings and loans
- discounts with hundreds of retailers, including major supermarkets
Every September, we invite staff to login to the Rewards Extra platform to take a look at what's on offer and to sign up to any new benefit selections for the coming 12 months. With the exception of critical illness cover*, all our benefits can be selected at any time of the year. So don't worry if you don't get chance to explore the Rewards Extra platform during September. We just like to take the opportunity to remind colleagues of the great benefits and discounts on offer!
Look out for an email from Personal Group, who host the Rewards Extra platform, inviting you to login and explore.
Current benefit holders
The renewal window is also the time when certain policy rates change, so if you already have benefits through Rewards Extra, September is the best time to review them and to choose whether you want to renew for another year.

* Critical Illness cover can only be selected during the annual renewal window in September, or within 3 months of your employment start date with the University. Your cover can be amended during the year as the result of a valid lifestyle change (details are available on the Rewards Extra platform).
