What is Rewards Extra?
Rewards Extra is the employee benefits package available to all UoY employees. It includes savings on things such as childcare, transport, health cover as well as salary linked savings and loans plus discounts with hundreds of retailers. Find out more about Rewards Extra and login to the platform.
Details on the drop-in session
All employees are invited to come along to find out more about the employee benefits and discounts on offer. Members of HR's Reward Team will be on hand to help you download the Reward Extra app and to answer your questions about the Rewards Extra benefits.
All colleagues who attend the drop-in session will be invited to enter a prize draw to win a £50 Love2Shop voucher and york sport passes. There will also be some freebies to takeaway!

- 6.30am to 8am in Ron Cooke Atrium
- 8.30am to 11am in the Spring Lane Atrium
Annual Renewal
This year's annual renewal window will run from 1 September to 30 September. It's a good time to review your existing selections in light of new policy rates, and make any new selections for the 2022/23 benefit year (which starts on 1 October). Please note that this is also the only time of year when existing employees can take up or increase their Critical Illness cover. The drop in session will be a great opportunity to find out more information about benefits that may be of interest to you. (Don't worry, the rest of our benefits, and all the discounts, are available to select all year round).
