People and Organisational Development have developed a free, comprehensive two part-day programme aimed at supporting employees who may be considering retirement. It takes place on 2 and 3 December 2020.
This seminar will enable participants to consider aspects of life upon retirement and the kind of adjustments they might make after they retire. Invited speakers will lead discussions on important topics on retirement-related themes and provide an opportunity to acquire useful insights into the challenges, as well as the new opportunities, facing those who may be considering retirement. The aim is to assist staff members to plan more effectively and manage the key stages of the process.
