Apply by 1 April for the 'So you want to be a manager?' programme

So You Want To Be A Manager is an introduction to management and supervisory skills. It aims to give you a greater insight into your own understanding, ability and mindset towards management.

We are taking applications for the programme between 4 March and 1 April (12 noon).

This programe has been condensed into a single session on 15 May 2019

By the end of the programme you will be able to:

• identify the key skills and responsibilities of a line manager
• demonstrate the significance of individual differences and how this impacts on managing yourself and others
• appraise your management potential against a management framework and identify areas for development
• recognise the challenges of moving into a management role and create a plan to address them
