Our DACs assess current and potential leadership ability
Applications for our Development and Assessment Centre for support staff in grades 7 and 8 are now open for applications.
The centre will run on:
- 16-17 October 2018 at Marriott Hotel, York
Applying
To apply you must:
- have been in a grade 7 or 8 support role for at least 12 months
- have the support of your line manager and head of department
Before applying, discuss your plans with your line manager. They need to discuss your application with your head of department and together agree that it is a suitable opportunity for you.
As part of your application, we will ask you to complete an online test to assess your logical reasoning. The dates for the on-line CAT tests are:
- 31 July, 10am - D/N/114, Derwent
- 1 August, 2pm - LMB/008, Law and Management
- 6 August, 2pm - D/N/114, Derwent
- 7 August, 10am - LMB/008, Law and Management
