The application window for our leadership provision

We have a range of leadership and management programmes running through 2018/19. Applications for these open at varying times and you can see in the list below when an application window opens and the basic eligibility for the programme.

To be considered for these programmes, you will need to discuss your individual needs with your line manager and identify the areas of your performance that you wish to develop.

Leadership in Action (LiA)

The Leadership in Action programme is aimed at those who have line management responsibility as part of their role.

Applications for cohort 20 and 21 will open in September 2018

Leading without a team

The programme has five core modules and is aimed at those who find themselves in leadership positions without having formal line management responsibilities.

Management in Action (MiA)

Aimed at first time, first line managers / supervisors who are directly involved with day to day supervision and work allocation. The programme consists of four modules over five days.
