Our DACs assess current and potential leadership ability
We are pleased announce a new round of Development and Assessment Centres for support staff in grades 7 and 8 in 2017-18.
The centres will run on:
- 7-8 November (Parsonage Hotel, York)
- 13-14 December (Marriott Hotel, York)
- 23-24 January (Marriott Hotel, York)
We have planned the centres to fall at different times of the week in an effort to accommodate different working patterns.
Applying
To apply you must:
- have been in a grade 7 or 8 support role for at least 12 months
- have the support of your line manager and head of department
Before applying, discuss your plans with your line manager. They need to discuss your application with your head of department and together agree that it is a suitable opportunity for you.
As part of your application, we will ask you to complete an online test to assess your verbal reasoning. Testing dates are bwtween 8 and 14 September and you will be asked to choose a suitable date on your application form.
