Paternity leave lasts one or two weeks and must be taken within eight weeks of the child's birth

  • For the first week, you get full pay
  • For the second week, if you have at least 26 weeks’ service, you get Ordinary Statutory Paternity Pay or 90% of your normal earnings (whichever is less)
