Internal coaching pool

The Internal Coaching Pool is composed of University staff with accredited coaching qualifications, who provide confidential coaching relationships. Our coaches represent diverse job levels and roles across both Academic and Professional Services, and across various Faculties and Schools.

The Internal Coaching Pool volunteer their time and expertise to support the development and growth of their colleagues through coaching.

The Coaching Team oversees and delivers a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Framework to provide supervision to coaches within the pool and support their ongoing learning to enhance their skills, knowledge, and overall effectiveness as coaches.
