Managers and Leaders Action Learning Sets
Overview
These Action Learning Sets offer a unique opportunity for Managers and Leaders (Grades 5-8) to connect with colleagues across the University and tackle shared challenges.
Action Learning Sets provide a supportive environment to explore management/leadership experiences and challenges and practice coaching-led communication skills. You’ll engage in reciprocal learning—contributing your own knowledge while gaining insights and support from the collective experience of both academic and professional services colleagues. These Sets are a collaborative space to grow your network, contribute your own expertise, and foster a lasting community of peer support.
