These Action Learning Sets offer a unique opportunity for Managers and Leaders (Grades 5-8) to connect with colleagues across the University and tackle shared challenges.

In an Action Learning Set, you'll bring specific management/leadership issues you're currently facing. Working with peers in both academic and professional services roles, you'll explore solutions together, drawing on diverse experiences, expertise and knowledge. Within this collaborative forum, participants will benefit reciprocally by both receiving and contributing to collective problem-solving, building new connections, and fostering a strong network of peer support.
