Your programme application requires confirmation of line manager approval for your participation and their awareness of the necessary support throughout the programme.

To maximize your learning and development, you will be assigned pre- and post-session work. We also expect participants to apply their new skills and knowledge directly in the workplace. Your line manager's support is crucial for this process. We highly recommend that you and your manager establish a regular system to discuss your progress and facilitate the application of your learning in your daily work.

Line managers will also be invited to attend the initial induction session at the start of the programme.
