Delegation Selection Criteria

Delegates will be prioritised based on the following principles:

  • Leaders whose role has the potential of greatest reach / impact
  • Leaders with largest teams (or teams reporting to teams)
  • Leaders likely to benefit most from learning
  • In the event that multiple applications are received from the same team or department, we will consult with the relevant HoD, PSEB member, and/or DFO to determine and agree on which applicant(s) should be given priority.

Alternative Delivery Model

As an alternative to the above delivery model, this programme can also be delivered to Leadership Teams. The application and therefore impact of this delivery model is likely to be even greater than delivering in an open course to disparate leaders. For further information, please contact leadership-development@york.ac.uk.
