Terms of reference

  1. To recommend to Council the names of persons who might be invited to fill Council-appointed vacancies on the Court
  2. To submit nominations for approval by the Council for the award of Honorary Degrees and additional non-academic honorary awards by the University
  3. To consider any other matters referred to the Committee by Council
  4. To consider all nominations in accordance with the University's equality and diversity policies
