There shall be constituted in the University of York a Students' Union, hereinafter referred to as the Union.
All registered students of the University shall become members of the Union but shall have the right to withdraw from membership in accordance with the procedure approved by the University Council and set out in the Code of Practice provided for in 4.4 below.
