Customer Service Excellence (CSE) is an industry backed practical tool that assesses whether services provided are efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering, and whether organisations put their users at the heart of their service provision. Emphasis is placed on developing customer insight, understanding the user's experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction.
CSE allows S&AS to look closely at the services we provide, assess where we meet customer expectation, where we can improve and how we can continue to develop our services to meet customer needs.
By seeking formal accreditation, S&AS was independently assessed against 5 criteria (made up of 57 individual elements) before a decision was made to award CSE.
