In Information Services we are committed to measuring our performance in order to monitor services and develop them in response to your needs. The standards you can expect from our services are articulated in our Customer Charter.

We measure and monitor our performance through a number of methods, including regular user surveys. We also receive ongoing feedback in person, by email, by telephone and through comments cards which is published on a regular basis.
