Biography

My interests lie in the role of the middle manager in the delivery of public policy and the extent to which the effectiveness of policy aims are influenced by the ways in which organisations are organised in terms of structure, leadership and culture.

In teaching active post-experience managers online, knowledge and experience can be shared and compared enabling middle managers to understand and develop their own coping mechanisms in the delivery of public services.
