Foundations of systems-centered training

  • Understand the basic theory of SCT and how it can be applied
  • Understand more about the impact that others have on you, and the influence you have on others

Foundations of systems-centered training introduces an innovative approach to change that can be applied to work with individuals, couples, groups and organizations. Learning takes place through the experience of working in a real-life group over the course of the week. You will learn basic SCT skills through practising them with other group members.

Making work roles work: a systems-centered approach to organizations
