Welcome to the UK Housing Review 2003/04 online

The UK Housing Review , editor Steve Wilcox, provides key information on housing statistics for England (and its regions), Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It features over 200 charts and tables and is a key resource for those interested in housing policy and finance, in both the public and private sectors.

The twelfth print edition of the annual Review is newly published in December 2003, and for the first time, certain sections are available online. This site features Steve Wilcox's six Commentary chapters and all of the Compendium of tables available for download in PDF or Excel format.

The print version of the UK Housing Review 2003/2004 offers a further section featuring articles by leading analysts, and is now available to order, price £35.00 plus £3.50 p&p. Details are available from the Chartered Institute of Housing.

The tables in Compendium are presented on this site in both Acrobat PDF and Excel formats. The chapters in Commentary section are downloadable as PDF files, together with separate file versions of the tables and figures featured in the respective chapters. To download PDF files you will need Acrobat Reader, which is available free from Adobe.
