UK HOUSING REVIEW

ISSUES BEFORE 2003

The Review has been published annually since 1993. Prior to 2002/3 it appeared under the title 'Housing Finance Review', with the exception of 1996/7 when it was 'Housing Review'.

Issues of the UK Housing Review prior to 2003 were not available online. However, there are PDF files available for the 1999/2000, 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003 editions.

Copies of editions earlier than 1999 can be found in libraries, such as the British Library. Please note the name changes mentioned above.

Note: Readers consulting earlier editions of the Review for data for the individual years between 1981 and 1989 that are no longer published in the current edition should exercise care, as in some cases data for those earlier years may have subsequently been subject to revisions, primarily as a result of changes in definitions. A cross check of the data for those years still published in the current edition of the Review will generally indicate whether or not this is an issue.
