- Between January 11-12 2010, HEDG will host an advanced course in applied health economics on methods for the analysis of categorical dependent variables. The course will be delivered by Professor Bill Greene. To download course content and registration form, please click here
- Congratulations to Pedro Rosa Dias who won the student prize at the World Congress of the International Health Economics Association (iHEA) in Beijing. His paper "Modelling and measuring inequality of opportunity in health: evidence from a UK cohort study" is available as a HEDG working paper.
- HEDG is pleased to announce the HEDG Working Paper series. The invitation to submit to the working papers series can be found here
- Applied Health Economics by Andrew M Jones, Nigel Rice, Teresa Bago d'Uva and Silvia Balia was published in 2007.

- The Health, Econometrics and Data Group (HEDG) have been awarded a grant under the ESRC Large Grant Scheme (RES-060-25-0045). This large grant provides funding for a 4 year programme of research and to support and develop the activities of the Group.
