Two new lecturer posts

Posted on 12 September 2017

Psychology at York is seeking to appoint two lecturers to new posts.

We welcome applications in any field that complements or extends our existing strengths and takes advantage of the University’s interdisciplinary research-led environment. However, we would particularly like to make one of these appointments in an area of applied psychology.

The University of York is a member of the Russell Group of research-intensive UK universities. It is dynamic, growing, and strongly committed to excellence.

The Department of Psychology has been placed among the top-100 psychology departments in the QS world university rankings every year since 2013. Research in Psychology, Psychiatry, and Neuroscience at York was ranked 4th in the UK in the most recent national assessment of research quality (REF2014). The Department has held an Athena SWAN Silver Award since 2007 in recognition of its commitment to supporting women in science. Click here for further information about the roles.
