The 2nd North East Face & Person Perception Workshop

On Wednesday the 16th of March 2016, the FaceVar lab hosted a meeting which brought together face recognition researchers from universities across the North-East of England.

A series of informative talks were provided on topics in the areas of experimental, computational and applied face recognition. Workshop organiser Dr. Regine Armann said, "It was a pleasure to host this workshop. We aimed to provide a relatively informal atmosphere in which to discuss new data, ongoing projects or to assess the importance of new avenues of research. I think we achieved this and it was great to receive positive feedback from the speakers and audience members."
