The University of York is seeking to appoint a new director for YNiC who will be a full Professor in the Department of Psychology.

The University of York is seeking to appoint an outstanding scientist to direct the York Neuroimaging Centre (YNiC) and to hold a chair in the Department of Psychology. This is an opportunity to lead a centre of excellence in one of the UK’s research-intensive universities.

YNiC houses two 3-T MR Scanners, a 248-channel MEG scanner, and facilities for MR‑guided TMS. YNiC employs staff to support research and teaching in neuroimaging and cognitive neuroscience and to deliver commercial imaging services to health-care providers.
