Policy: Issue of Building Keys.

All members of the department are expected to complete a personal risk assessment and make a statement of the risks they believe they are exposed too within 7 days of starting work.

Before building keys can be issued a signed risk assessment must be presented to the Technical and Finance Manager or the Physics Safety Officer.
