The Department of Physics is proud to welcome graduate students from all over the world: currently we have students studying for research and taught postgraduate degrees who originate from China, Thailand, Turkey, Japan, Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland, the Democratic Republic of the  Congo, India, Scandanavia, Italy, Pakistan, the Sultanate of Oman, Kenya, Germany, USA, France, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

Graduate Diploma in Academic Communication (Pre-Masters)

The University's Centre for English Language Teaching offers this  nine-month programme which aims to prepare international students for Postgraduate study in Physics. This programme is for you if your current qualifications in English are slightly below the required level for an unconditional offer of a Postgraduate place and runs from October to July.
