Felipe Michelini is Professor of Human Rights at the School of Law of the University of the Republic (Uruguay). He is also founder of the Mercosur Human Rights Public Policies Observatory. In 2009, he served as the Uruguayan Delegate to the High Authorities to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations.
