Postgraduate students starting their studies in September or October 2012 will receive an email to enrol in August 2012.
Students who are starting their studies between 1 April and 31 July 2012.
Monday 27 February 2012 onwards
You will be sent an email to the email address you used to apply to the University of York. For students who hold an unconditional offer and have accepted their offer before Friday 24 February 2012 will receive their email on Monday 27 February 2012.
From Monday 27 February, emails will be sent out daily as students meet the above conditions.
The email title is ‘University of York – Joining Instructions’. This will enable you to:
1. Set up your IT Account
2. Complete your enrolment with the University of York
3. Choose College membership
4. Upload a photograph for your University Card
5. Set up your payment instructions for accommodation and/or tuition fees
6. Check your University email account for any process confirmation messages
7. View your induction timetable
8. Tier 4 Visa Holders: Upload a copy of your scanned visa in e:Vision BEFORE you travel to the UK
This will be mailed to your home address. This guide is available online.
You can collect your enrolment pack from your deparment when you arrive at York. All the information included in this pack is available online.
5pm Friday 27 April 2012
Enrolment deadline.
You must complete your enrolment by the deadline, or you will be charged a late enrolment fee of £50.
