An email will be sent on Monday 27 February if you have met the conditions for a place and accepted your offer by Friday 24 February. Emails will be sent out on a daily basis to students who have met their conditions for a place and accepted their offer to start in the Summer term.
The email has a title of ‘University of York – Joining Instructions’. This will enable you to:
1. Set up your IT Account
2. Complete your enrolment with the University of York
3. Choose College membership (if you will live in private accommodation)
4. Upload a photograph for your University Card
5. Set up payment instructions for accommodation and/or tuition fees
6. Check your University email account for any process confirmation messages
7. Tier 4 Visa Holders: upload a copy of your scanned visa in e:Vision BEFORE you travel to the UK
Haven't received any information?
If you haven’t received either an email or a ‘temporary access' flyer in your enrolment pack containing your username and initial password then let us know by emailing enrol@york.ac.uk.
The deadline for new students to enrol for the Summer term is 5pm Friday April 27 2012.
You must complete your enrolment by the deadline, or you will be charged a late enrolment fee of £50.
