CMS Scholarships

MA students:

CMS will be awarding a range of bursaries for 2012/13 incoming students, usually in the region of £1000 for overseas students, or £500 for home/EU students.  All applicants to our MA in Medieval Studies programme will automatically be considered and informed of the outcome later in the summer.  

PhD students:

The Centre for Medieval Studies will be awarding one PhD scholarship to begin in October 2012.  The scholarship is worth tuition fees for 3 years at the UK/EU rate and a stipend of £4,500 a year.  All applicants, home to the Centre's PhD programme (UK, EU and Overseas) will be automatically considered for this award.   To be eligible for consideration you have to have an accepted place on our PhD programme by 31 May 2012.   For further information on the scholarship fund, and past recipients, look at the following page: CMS Scholarship Recipients.
