My main research interest is about radio spectrum management. My topic is 'Decision-making in Radio Spectrum management'. I will investigate that what factors influence the differences of radio spectrum management regimes between nations.

Profile
I was born and grew up in Seoul, south Korea. Then, I studied a first degree in Public Administration at Yonsei University in Korea. Since 1996, I have worked for the Ministry of Information and Communications. I also got MA degree at Seoul National University in Korea.
