Preventing Project Failure

This one day course was an introduction to project management aimed at providing the necessary skills to ensure Project Management success.  The course covered all the key aspects of project management to provide a structured approach which can be adapted to all projects regardless of size or nature.  In particular it provided an understanding of what constitutes a project, why projects fail and the detailed stage activities associated with opening, managing and closing a project.  The structure of the course was very interactive with group exercises and case studies and provided a 'Take–Away' service of top tips and hints!
