Loans review
Introduction
The Library is making changes to the way we loan books. The current loan system is one of the main unsatisfactory elements of student experience and contributes to low library satisfaction in the NSS and LibQual. To address this dissatisfaction we need to develop a loans model which is more appropriate and flexible for users.
