I agree to deposit my digital resource (hereafter referred to as "Work") in the University of York's Digital Library.

I confirm the following about the "Work" covered by this Licence:

Non-exclusive rights

Rights granted to the University of York through this Licence are entirely non-exclusive. I am free to publish the Work in its present version or future versions elsewhere. I agree that the University of York or any third party with whom the University of York has a Licence to do so may, without changing content, translate the Work to any medium or format for the purpose of future preservation and accessibility. I agree that the University of York may make this thesis available under the terms of a Creative Commons Non-Commercial No Derivatives Licence or under a similar licence specified by the University of York.

Deposit in York Digital Library

I understand that this work deposited in York Digital Library will be accessible to all users of the University and may be made available publicly via the World Wide Web. In exceptional circumstances, removal of the Work can be made after discussion with the service administrators; removal is at the discretion of the University of York.

I confirm as follows:

  • That I am the author or co-author of the Work and/or have the authority on behalf of the author or authors to sign this Licence and to hereby give University of York the right to make available the Work in the way described above.
  • That the contents of the thesis correspond to those on which the examiners have based their recommendation for the award of the degree.
