The use of empirical research in the undergraduate curriculum

Following on from the Nuffield Inquiry into Legal Empirical Research " Law in the real world: Improving our understanding of how law works", the Nuffield Foundation have funded Caroline Hunter at York Law School to investigate the use of empirical research in the undergraduate curriculum.

The project comprises a questionnaire to those teaching law to undergraduates and a seminar which will take place on July 8, 2009.
